The trainings here are definite programmes that I have put together based on many years of experience. Therefore, I know that no two organisations are the same, no two leaders are the same, no two teams are the same. While the themes, topics and methodologies are given, there is also the possibility to tailor many of the details in the preparation of the training. They can be flexible on a number of points. All training programmes contain a significant proportion of coaching elements. Each participant, each team works along their own theme, that is the starting point, the learning is largely built on that.

Where time periods are given for programmes, they are a good starting point and reflect the real average. They can be partially adjusted depending on the size of the teams, the nature of their work, their composition and the organisational culture.
