A development programme mainly for junior leaders/managers. I have worked with a massive lot of leaders and managers in the talent development programmes at many different companies. Well do I know the nature of the problems, difficulties of beginners at the profession. I am also aware that while we are talking about more-or-less well definable, predictable areas (from dealing with, motivating people, through own time- and energy-management, to navigating in company politics), every leader and every situation is unique. Therefore, any development action, process must also be unique, responding to the specific needs. In the coaching process, we work with the leaders' own dilemma, questions and goals. It is crucial that the development flow reflects the values, culture, habits of the organisation, for no-one can work in isolation from one's environment. As a result of the process, junior leaders are ready to meet tasks awaiting them. They are aware of their resources, strengths. They are goal-oriented, with strategic approach, ready to cooperate and open for continuous development of themselves and supporting that of others.
