An intense, two-day programme. We work along a story-line that fits the present state and goals of the team. It is not only for amusement - but it is amusing. (We believe in development can happen not only with high brows and ultra serious face.) Deep, or more easygoing indoor exercises, matching the actual goals, accompanied by relevant 'urban-knowledge' outdoor activity. 

Frames of the programme:

  • 3×1 hours of coaching with the team leader. Clarification of objectives, role of the leader during and after the programme. Clarify the framework of the programme.
  • 2 hours of team coaching: we will assess the current state of the team and start to get them in the right frame of mind for the programme. We clarify objectives, framework, discuss expectations.
  • Two days training: indoor exercises, workshops, by the objectives. Matching outdoor activities in small groups. 
  • 2 hours of team coaching: we process the findings and messages of the training.
  • 3×1 hours of coaching with the team leader. Reflection on the team, the role of the leader. We develop the next individual steps for the team's development.
